Crazy Night

I have Long time no update my blog already,cause lazy..
ok i decided to continue writing my blog...
i miss them so much i miss the night we together playing until so crazy, i have long time not play until so happy already....thanks for Krisma and jessy...your make me not bored when i'm alone.. Jessy i still remember when i said i bored i lonely u all sure answer me "that's why we here for you"... thanks i really glad to have friends like yours..

I miss the Night...

拉杂sandwich....

近来没什么特别的事情写，今天做了一个拉杂sandwich给angie。。。
拉杂means 里面什么鬼都有，乱乱参，看到什么就放什么，连小辣椒也放，哈哈。。。

i'm proud of the sandwiches that i have done ....hahahahhaa...

Went to Pasar Malam....

昨晚，我们几个无聊的家伙没地方去，这里真得很闷，真得没什么地方可以去，所以我们就决定到pusatbandar sri bagawan 的 pasar malam 走一趟。。。真是没想到那边竟然会这么热闹，整条街都在塞车，又很难找parking.. 我来Brunei这么久，第一次看到一个地方这么热闹和这么多人罢了。pasar malam 里卖的东西几乎都差不多一样，几乎五六档都是买同样的东西。吃的东西就很多，看来这里的人真得很喜欢吃。。

可以看到街上全部都挂满了五颜六色的灯，那是因为sultan的生日才有这个pasar malam 的。。这次的pasarmalam 只摆一个月而已因为通常大日子才会有 pasar malam ，好像ramadan，sultan 生日，马来人和华人新年才会有而已。。

最后，我也没买什么东西啦，因为全部都是马来人的东西。。只买了一个我的最爱。。。。

31th days 17/07/08

1 month...

不知不觉已经在Brunei生活了一个月，也慢慢的已经适应了这边的环境。。。
时间过得真快，虽然只是短短的一个月，但也发生了很多事，开心的不开心的都有，也让我成长了许多。。不过来到这里真得让我学了很多东西，尤其是人生道理，很多以前体会不到的东西现在体会到了很多。虽然还是有很多东西做得不够好，不过我还是会再努力的。。。。

MAKING COOKIES

今天又心血来潮，决定了要学做cookies...

材料。。。
23oz flour
11oz icing sugar
18oz butter
2 egg yolk
half egg white
3 teaspoon vanilla essence
5 teaspoon baking powder
some cornflakes

Ok, after ready this all material, we start doing our cookies...
Today cookies name cornflakes cookies....

首先，过滤11oz 德incing sugar, 过后加入18oz 的butter...
然后将它们搅拌到均匀。。如图一

接下来再加入两粒蛋黄，半粒蛋白和3teaspoon的vanilla essence 继续搅拌直到如图二。。

* 附送两张如何将蛋黄和蛋白分开的照片。。

过后再将23oz的面粉过滤，慢慢的将面粉和5 个teaspoon 的baking powder一起加入刚刚打好的butter里面。。如图三。。

然后再用搅拌器搅拌至均匀。。。
接下来，把以上已搅拌均匀好的材料弄成圆形一粒一粒。。
再沾上事先已弄碎得cornflakes，如图四。。

过后放入铁盘内准备放入烤箱里烤，如图五。。。

最后放入烤箱里用160。c 度烤十五分钟就大功告成了。。。

哈哈。。

Went to Orchid Garden Hotel...

Today i have my lunch with my cutely friends at Orchid Garden Hotel...Actually we already decided had our lunch at Orchid Garden Hotel for the past few week, until today we only go for it... This Hotel is just next to the hotel that i stay now... we actually wants to have Dim Sum buffet one but so unluckily , the buffet dim sum was closed on today .. so in the end we just have the normal buffet only... it's quite expensive , per head is $15.80, for malaysia ringgit is about RM37 already, and the dishes just normal only, they have soup, rice, fried rice , long bean friend dried shirimp, tou fou with egg, soya chicken, curry beef, lamb , ham and mash potato.. for the dessert it have fruits ,salads and cake only... all just a normal dishes, nothings special....The taste is not special, sometimes i feel that our penang's food is more delicious then here a lot a lot... Expensive not for the food, expensive is just for the environment...
